Now also: Ukulele & Singing lessons!

About the School:

I am focused on teaching music in a relaxed, informal setting. You will not only learn how to play the guitar, but understand music in general, and how to apply it to your playing. Lessons are private, as itís easier to learn while receiving undivided attention. No prior experience is needed, as we will cover everything from the start: how the guitar works, how your strings work, notes, chords, scales, finger exercising, rhythm, time signatures, basics in how to read music, tablature, how to tune the guitar, how to look after your guitar, and even what to look out for when purchasing a guitar. You can take lessons on your acoustic, classical, or electric guitar.

If you do have prior experience, we will continue from wherever you are with your playing. Both beginners and intermediate players will get the opportunity to choose their personal favourite songs, and learn how to play them, as itís easier to learn while having fun.

All our teachers are fluent in Afrikaans and English and lessons can be presented according to your language preference.

As the goal is to keep the lessons as informal and relaxed as possible, I donít do exams or grading.

We also offer drums, bass guitar, ukulele & singing lessons.

All ages are welcome!
